Publican Quality Meats is a butcher shop and café by day and serves as The Publican’s private event space by night. Publican Quality Meats can accommodate up to 38 for a family style seated dinner, up to 55 for cocktail receptions and up to 12 at the Chef’s Prep Table.
James Beard Award winning Executive Chef Paul Kahan and Chef de Cuisine Missy Corey have crafted a menu that utilizes house made artisan meats as well as local seasonal produce and products. Our family-style private dining menus range from a three-course seated dinner to a whole animal feast. Our casual atmosphere, farmhouse-fare inspired food offerings, and diverse craft beverage options are the perfect fit for personal celebrations and business functions alike.
