Butcher shop and café by day, Publican Quality Meats serves as The Publican’s private event space by night. Publican Quality Meats can accommodate up to 38 for family style seated dinners, up to 55 for cocktail receptions and up to 12 at the Chef’s Prep Table.
James Beard Award winning Executive Chef Paul Kahan and Chef de Cuisine Missy Corey have crafted a menu that utilizes house made artisan meat, as well as local seasonal produce and products. Our family style private dining menus range from three-course seated dinners to a whole animal feasts.
